Why does my tile floor make my feet black.

It looks clean afterwards but just suppose half an hour later after it is dry my daughter walks in there with either bare feet or her clean white school socks the undersides of her foot are black with muck. We were able to evaluate the tiles with a microscope and could see the texture of the glazed surface was different. I have two kids as well and i don t know what to do. I just moved to a new apt.
